Ajet Refund Demanded! Unauthorized Ticketing
On September 25, 2025, while attempting to book a flight to Prague scheduled for March 22, 2026, through Ajet’s website, I received an error message stating, “We are unable to process your transaction,” and the system logged me out of the page. Despite this, ₺9,998.30 was charged to my Garanti Bank credit card, and the ticket was issued afterward. I immediately contacted Ajet’s customer service, but they informed me that the ticket had been issued and could not be canceled. However, during the transaction, I received a warning that no ticketing had been completed and was unaware that a ticket had been generated. My ticket number (PNR) is 39PD7C. I believe this transaction occurred due to a system error without my confirmation or notification, and I request the cancellation of the ticket and a full refund of the amount charged.
