I Could Not Cancel My AJet Ticket - I Need Help

I had to cancel my flight ticket booked through Enuygun for April 24, 2025, from Van Ferit Melen Airport to Istanbul Sabiha Gökçen Airport with PNR code 2L74BL. When I called Enuygun for the cancellation, they told me I had purchased the ticket from AJet. I then contacted AJet online, and they processed the cancellation less than two hours before the flight. During the same call, I requested a new ticket, and a new booking with PNR code 2LML7Y was issued for May 10, 2025, at 10:20. However, I decided to cancel this new ticket as well. This time, when I contacted AJet, they claimed I had purchased the ticket through BiletDükkanı. When I called BiletDükkanı, they said the ticket was issued by Bilgen Evren Turizm. I then contacted Bilgen Evren Turizm’s customer service, and they told me the ticket could not be canceled. When I asked for the reason, they said it was because the ticket was in the economic class. At this point, I don’t know who to contact anymore. I was sent the PNR code via email, but when I called Bilgen Evren Turizm to request cancellation, the email automatically got deleted, and I had to take a screenshot of the message. The charge clearly appears on my credit card statement. I kindly request your help in resolving this issue. If my problem is not resolved, I will file a criminal complaint with the prosecutor's office. This is for your information.
