I rented a vehicle from Enterprise's Sabiha Gökçen office under contract SAWT61-126039 on 17.03.2024 at 12:30. After causing damage to the right rear fender and door, I was asked to pay for repair costs, replacement fees, and a depreciation fee. I paid the damage and replacement fees via bank transfer, but I refused to pay the depreciation fee.

The reason I didn't pay is that the damaged parts were already in poor condition when the car was handed over to me, which was clearly marked on the initial delivery documents. Despite this, Enterprise demanded unjust compensation and has now filed a legal claim against me. I find this demand unfair and have tried to reach an agreement, but no one from Enterprise has responded or offered assistance.
