Enterprise Tried to Provide a Different Vehicle Instead of Vito

I had reserved a manual Vito 9+1 vehicle, and I arrived at the airport with all the necessary documents in hand. However, to my shock, I was informed that the vehicle available for me was a Dokker 7+1, which was not what I had reserved. Despite my insistence and presentation of the documents, the staff member nonchalantly insisted on providing the alternative vehicle, saying, "I can give you this one."

Imagine the embarrassment and inconvenience of being stranded with my family in the middle of the airport chaos, early in the morning. Left with no other option, I had to rent a vehicle from another company.

This was a rental experience like no other I've ever had, and I urge others to be cautious. While I intend to pursue legal action with the documents I have, I refuse to let my hard-earned money go to waste in such a manner.
