I'd like to share my dissatisfaction with my recent experience with Enterprise. I had booked a Vito model vehicle online, but upon arrival at Gaziantep Airport, I was given a Dacia instead. When I questioned this, the conversation with the staff at the counter turned unpleasant.
Furthermore, I discovered unauthorized transactions on my card a month after renting a car in Dubai.
These experiences have left me quite disappointed and frustrated. I believe it's crucial for Enterprise to address these issues promptly to ensure customer satisfaction and prevent similar incidents from occurring in the future.
