Unauthorized Charges by Sixt Dubai Airport After Car Rental

I rented a car from Sixt at Dubai Airport from June 25 to June 29, 2024, and returned the vehicle without any issues. I asked the staff if everything was fine, and they confirmed there were no problems. However, while I was on my flight, money was withdrawn from my card without my knowledge or consent. I have tried reaching out via email and social media, but I have not received any response. I chose Sixt because I believed a global company would be reliable, but I have been left feeling scammed and disappointed. This experience has been extremely frustrating, and I expect Sixt to resolve this matter promptly.
