Enterprise Charged Me After Zurich Rental Without Any Explanation
I rented a car from Enterprise at Zurich Airport through Discover Cars.com for the period of May 28–31, 2025. As part of the rental agreement, a deposit of 1,000 CHF was blocked on my credit card. I returned the vehicle without any damage, on time, and in full compliance with all conditions. However, to my shock, I later saw that 426 CHF had been charged to my card without any explanation.
Enterprise provided no justification for this deduction. I did not receive any documentation or communication about why this amount was withheld. This is unacceptable and feels like a clear case of unauthorized charging.
I demand a full refund of the ₺426 that was unfairly taken. If this issue is not resolved immediately, I will be forced to take legal action to protect my consumer rights. I expect Enterprise to correct this mistake, explain the deduction, and issue the refund without delay.
