I rented a car from Enterprise Istanbul Airport branch on June 27, 2024, and paid a ₺2500 deposit. After returning the car, I noticed that the deposit was partially refunded, with ₺761 missing. Upon reviewing the details, I realized they had also charged me for tolls that I had already covered.
I contacted their representatives twice by phone, then followed up with a detailed email to their office. They admitted the mistake and assured me they had initiated the refund. However, despite over six months passing, I still haven’t received my money.
I initially chose Enterprise because of a corporate agreement, assuming it would be a reliable and cost-effective choice. However, if you’re considering renting from Enterprise, think twice! Their refund process is frustratingly slow, and getting your deposit back is a nightmare. Enterprise needs to resolve this issue immediately and refund my money.
