Enterprise Car Rental Voucher and Payment Issues Left Me Stranded and Frustrated

On September 23, I received a personalized ₺750 voucher from Enterprise and decided to rent a car since I needed one. Though I only required a one-day rental, I was told I had to book for at least two days. Reluctantly, I proceeded with the rental and paid via my bank card. When I arrived on September 24 to pick up the car, I was informed I also had to provide a ₺2,500 deposit, but they couldn’t process it with my bank card and insisted on a credit card, which I don’t use. They suggested I borrow one from a friend or family member. After trying to find a credit card with no luck, I asked for a cancellation. They assured me my payment would be refunded in 3–5 business days.

I contacted customer service and was told my ₺750 voucher was canceled, and the refund could take up to 10 business days. I was furious. I chose Enterprise because I thought it was a reliable company, but instead, they ruined all my plans. Even the employee at the branch called later, almost accusingly, asking why I filed a complaint. My refund finally came through after three days, but the whole experience was frustrating. I regret trusting this "corporate" company over smaller, local rental firms. I’m sharing this to warn others who might consider Enterprise, as they left me without a solution and no way to get urgent help.

The representative named Hülya, who contacted me, stated the same things as your customer representative I had previously communicated with, indicating that there was nothing they could do. Not only were they unable to help, but they also mockingly suggested that I could rent from other companies, and your company continued to disrespect me in terms of manners. I want to make this post to remind people who might rent from a company like Enterprise that they risk experiencing these issues due to the company's disregard for customer rights and extremely disrespectful attitude.
