I rented a Volkswagen T-Roc from Enterprise through Booking.com. During the rental, a €250 deposit was charged to my credit card with the assurance that it would be refunded upon vehicle return.
I returned the car in perfect condition, without any damage, and with a full fuel tank. There were no fines or additional charges applied. However, despite being told that the refund would be completed by July 30, it has now been nearly a month since I returned the vehicle, and my Halkbank credit card ending in 1287 has still not received the deposit refund.
Throughout this period, I have not received any updates or notifications from either Booking or Enterprise. I also attempted to reach customer service multiple times but was unsuccessful.
I demand that my €250 deposit be refunded immediately to my card and that a clear explanation be provided regarding this delay.
