Enterprise Rent a Car Cancelled My Discounted Reservation

I applied for a car rental with Enterprise online, using reservation code 195451654583. After completing the check-in process in the email received, I went to the branch in Izmir Alsancak. I had asked a friend to drop me off there. The branch informed me that a ₺2500 block would be made on the credit card. However, when I provided my Kuveyt Turk credit card, they claimed there was an issue with the card's authorization.

To investigate, I visited the bank branch, where they expressed their surprise at encountering such a situation for the first time. After a 35-minute wait and connection process with Kuveyt Turk customer service, they mentioned that no transaction had been made and suggested redoing the process while I was on the phone. However, the Alsancak branch employee, making efforts not to proceed with the transaction, called his manager from another phone. It became clear they did not want to rent the car at the discounted rate I had prepaid. They had no intention of providing the vehicle at that price for three days. When I insisted on seeing the screen together if there was a problem with the transaction or the bank, they raised their voices, as no actual transaction had taken place.

The behavior of such a corporate company is unacceptable. Either do not provide a price or do not lure the customer there and resort to other methods. I have three companies and employ dozens of people. I was considering continuous collaboration with this branch for services, but unfortunately, it ended before it even started. I was going to pick up the car and attend a meeting, but I incurred financial loss and wasted three hours of my time. I demand compensation for my losses. There may be a systemic problem, which I can understand, but wasting people's time is unacceptable.
