On July 7, 2024, I booked a 3-day car rental through Enuygun.com, paying ₺2,787 online (see attached receipt). Additionally, on July 9, 2024, Enuygun.com charged my credit card ₺3,530 without my approval (see attached receipt), totaling ₺6,317 withdrawn from my account.
When I went to pick up the car from Wishy Rent A Car at Esenboğa Airport on July 9, 2024, they refused to give me the car, saying I was 'risky.' Their computer screen only showed 'Car cannot be given' without any explanation, raising suspicions of unjust enrichment.
In my 50+ years of driving, I've never had an accident and have high creditworthiness with banks. This situation seems like a deliberate attempt at unfair profit. Why didn't Enuygun.com check if I was 'risky' before making the rental agreement?
I had to rent a car of the same class for an additional ₺1,200 (see ₺3,987 receipt). In total, I've suffered a financial loss of ₺7,514 (₺6,317 + ₺1,200) without receiving any service from Enuygun.com.
I've tried contacting them by phone and email but received no response. Enuygun.com and Wishy Rent A Car have caused me financial and emotional distress through what appears to be an organized scheme. I demand an immediate refund of the ₺7,514 I paid.
