On July 7, 2024, I booked a 3-day car rental through Enuygun.com, paying ₺2,787 online (see attached receipt). Additionally, on July 9, 2024, Enuygun.com charged my credit card ₺3,530 without my approval (see attached receipt), totaling ₺6,317 withdrawn from my account.

When I went to pick up the car from Wishy Rent A Car at Esenboğa Airport on July 9, 2024, they refused to give me the car, saying I was 'risky.' Their computer screen only showed 'Car cannot be given' without any explanation, raising suspicions of unjust enrichment.

In my 50+ years of driving, I've never had an accident and have high creditworthiness with banks. This situation seems like a deliberate attempt at unfair profit. Why didn't Enuygun.com check if I was 'risky' before making the rental agreement?

I had to rent a car of the same class for an additional ₺1,200 (see ₺3,987 receipt). In total, I've suffered a financial loss of ₺7,514 (₺6,317 + ₺1,200) without receiving any service from Enuygun.com.

I've tried contacting them by phone and email but received no response. Enuygun.com and Wishy Rent A Car have caused me financial and emotional distress through what appears to be an organized scheme. I demand an immediate refund of the ₺7,514 I paid.

The reservation rules and refund conditions are determined by the car rental companies. As an intermediary, we do not have any initiative regarding the rental rules set by the companies. As we have stated in the Rental Conditions; During the car rental process, a Findeks inquiry can be conducted regarding the person renting the car. The Findeks inquiry is a procedure carried out when the vehicle is being picked up. If the renter's Findeks suitability is sufficient, the rental service can be provided. The car rental company reserves the right not to rent a vehicle to a customer whose Findeks suitability is insufficient. Why didn't Wishy Rent A Car, which uses Findeks, provide me with a reason? The screen only said "No vehicle available." They had no vehicles, and it is evident that they manipulated Findeks with the software they used. Because I witnessed when foreign nationals and other people asked the rental company for a vehicle, they said "no vehicles left." When I checked Findeks myself, I saw that my creditworthiness was very high. 2) Since no vehicle was provided, why are you not refunding my money (2,787 ₺)? 3) Why are you not refunding the extra 3,530 ₺ you charged from my credit card without my approval? 4) If you are a serious institution, why are you processing transactions without checking Findeks? I had arranged my meeting time based on trusting you. Who will compensate for my financial and emotional distress in this situation?
