Ella Bonna Return Ignored, No Refund Yet!

I bought a pair of polar slippers from Ella Bonna, and they were shipped on September 15th, arriving promptly. Unfortunately, they were too tiny for my little one, so I started the return process on September 22nd. However, I have not been notified or received a refund for the return. Every time I try to contact the number listed on their website, I get an automated message saying the line is not in service. I need the refund to be processed quickly because the delay is causing inconvenience and frustration.
