Ella Bonna Shrinking Slippers Scam! Toddler Slippers Unusable After 1 Wash!

I purchased a pair of polar slippers from Elle Bonna's website, but unfortunately, they shrank after the initial wash. Even though I ordered a size meant for 24-36 months, they no longer fit my 18-month-old son. I reached out to their customer service through WhatsApp, and they recommended following the washing instructions, stating that this problem had not been reported previously. Nevertheless, I've been wearing the same slippers from that brand for a year now, and they have held up well even after several washes. Receiving a response that feels dismissive is quite discouraging. I shared my order number for additional help, but there hasn't been any response. I'm patiently awaiting a solution. It can be quite annoying to invest a significant amount of money in house slippers and not get the desired outcome.
