Out Of Stock Cobra HD Dash Cam At Electronic Express Pickup

I ordered the Cobra HD Dash Cam with Bluetooth Smart Enabled GPS from Electronic Express, opting for the convenient pick-up in-store option. However, when I went to collect my order, I was told that they were out of stock. This is incredibly frustrating because the website clearly stated that pick-up in-store was available. Not only did I waste my time going to the store, but I also missed out on the product I wanted. Don’t they have an inventory system?? How come they don’t let me know before I take a trip there? What an unacceptable inconvenience!! They promised next time I go there it’ll be ready or I can get a full refund but still. That’s not what I was hoping.
