Walmart Said My Tent Was In Stock But Delayed Delivery and Refund Is Still Pending
I paid for a tent from Walmart described as "in stock," then decided on next-day delivery. But the tent did not show as expected. When I checked the Walmart app at the end of the day, it only said the delivery was delayed with no indication of why. I chose to wait, but three days later I still lack a tent or any indication of when it could really come up. The Walmart customer service I contacted to get some responses informed me that the tent was not in stock overall. I so find myself left waiting for a refund that might take four to ten days to handle instead of my tent. This whole experience has been really annoying and demoralising; I expected a consistent delivery, not inconsistent information from Walmart.
