Mango Canceled My Order Two Weeks Later Despite Showing It as In Stock When I Paid
On November 30, 2024, I placed an order with Mango (order number EC27TA) and purchased an item with reference number 77060619 in size ‘110.’ However, two weeks later, I was informed that the product was out of stock. While they refunded my money, I don’t want a refund — I want the product. How does the stock availability become clear only when the shipment is being prepared? The product was listed as available when I made the purchase; if it hadn’t been, I would have chosen a different size or color. Moreover, I bought it for ₺750 during a sale, and now its price is ₺1,300. Reordering a smaller size at full price feels unfair. I intended this item as a New Year’s gift, making this situation even more disappointing. Mango has always been my favorite store, but this experience feels unjust. I should be able to see product availability when making a purchase. Being informed two weeks later that it’s out of stock is unacceptable. As a resolution, I request my order be updated and the product in size ‘100’ be sent instead.
