Electrolux Vacuum Cleaner: Repeated Problems, Poor Service, and Return Request

We bought an Electrolux vacuum cleaner from Media Markt, and honestly, we regret the purchase. Previously, due to an internal filter issue and the bag tearing—even though it was still under warranty—I had to pay nearly ₺1000 to your service center in Bursa to get it repaired. On top of that, the rude behavior of the female staff at the service center became an entirely separate problem. Now, the handle of the same vacuum cleaner sinks inward and won’t stay in place, making it unusable. The product is still within the warranty period, but I no longer trust your service center. I have no idea how to get it repaired. If you can recommend a reliable service center outside of Bursa Nilüfer, and if you guarantee that the issue won’t be deemed out of warranty just to charge me again, then please help resolve this. I truly regret buying this product—honestly, it would be better if you just took it back.

When I evaluate what I wrote here and the other responses, I have come to the conclusion that the Electrolux brand will not meet expectations. For this reason, I will take it somewhere else. Or the Electrolux vacuum cleaner will go in the trash. This seems more appropriate... I will throw it away...

No response at all... Apparently, there are so many errors and customer service complaints that they have created a separate line...
