I bought a tumble dryer model EDH3685TDW in December 2018. It came with a 10-year motor warranty, and I registered the product in your system. The appliance's motor stopped working properly. On September 6, 2023, the authorized service came by and confirmed that the motor needs to be replaced. They also documented the issue. I've tried emailing and calling multiple times, but I still haven't heard back about replacing the motor. It's been almost two months, and I still don't know what's going on. I have three kids who go to school, and this situation has been really stressful. I want to know the real deal about getting my motor replaced under the warranty and I want my complaint resolved quickly. It's not okay that Electrolux hasn't responded to customer concerns. I'm going to express my dissatisfaction worldwide, including on social media, using the slogan "Regretting Electrolux Turkey." I'm really sorry I picked Electrolux products and I want to tell others who are dealing with the same problems to support this message.

Your organization does not care about its customers and their grievances. You never respond to complaints made via emails and phone calls. You reply with insincere, automated messages. As your aggrieved customers, we should make it our duty to publicize this attitude as much as possible so that others do not suffer.
