In order to ensure customer satisfaction and to eliminate my grievance, I request that this situation be resolved as soon as possible, that the machine be repaired by the authorized service under warranty, and if it is not possible at the moment and the process will take longer, the machine will be returned and replaced with a new one or a higher model within the scope of warranty. I would like to express in advance that I expect a response regarding this issue as soon as possible and that if I do not receive a response within 48 hours, I will use my legal rights to report this situation to the Consumer Arbitration Committee, CİMER, the brand's foreign headquarters in English and to bilgivar.com. By the way, I am 68% disabled and I have been seriously victimized. If I had known that you had such an authorized service approach, I would never have chosen this brand!
