Electrolux Left Me Waiting for Weeks With Faulty EW7H458ST Dryer - No Support
The Electrolux EW7H458ST dryer is a complete disappointment. I purchased it online on January 26, 2024, and within less than a year, it has already had two sensor failures. In a major city like Ankara, the brand has only two authorized service centers, and we were told that the sensor had to be ordered from abroad, taking 20 business days—leaving us stranded in the middle of winter with two children. The authorized service network and spare part availability are a disaster. I’m not even mentioning the waiting times for installation and service visits. Months have passed… even though the Consumer Arbitration Committee ruled in my favor, we're back to square one, being told the machine will be brought and replaced within 20 business days. I’ll most likely take the matter to court now. Do not buy or recommend this product—there is no service, no parts, no support. Don’t throw your money away.
