I bought my washing machine as Electrolux, and 2. I also got my dryer from Electrolux. 3. When I called the service, they said the installation kit wasn't available for putting the dryer on top of my washing machine and suggested I could procure it online. 4. After informing the local service that I obtained the installation kit, they said we had to wait until Thursday for installation, provided there were enough setups in the area. 5. To install the original accessory I bought online on top of the washing machine, they said they would charge ₺550. 6. Those planning to buy an Electrolux dryer should know that the drying rack costs ₺2500 (you have to buy it online yourself), and the authorized service will charge ₺550 for installation, making a total of ₺3050 in extras, along with a waiting period. 7. Many other companies provide these services for free; choosing Electrolux is regrettable.

My dryer has finally been installed, but I turned it off 10 minutes after starting the program without finishing it. There is a very loud banging noise, and I regret choosing a product this much for the first time in my life.

Finally, my Electrolux dryer was installed and it turned out to be defective. What kind of service is this, what kind of production?

Dear Concerned Parties, My dryer has been sitting at home without working for over 30 days. How much longer should I wait? The product was faulty right out of the box, is it normal to wait this long? As a consumer, is it natural for me to wait this long for a replacement? Will it really take this long to replace a brand new device that was found to be defective? Is Electrolux really this slow behind the scenes? I truly regret my decision.
