Electrolux Blamed Me for a Fault in My EW7H458ST Dryer Still Under Warranty

On 28.11.2022, I bought an Electrolux brand and EW7H458ST model 8 kg dryer. The service provided an additional 4-year warranty to ensure that my product was protected for longer. Even though my product was still under warranty, when I contacted customer service, I was treated as if I had bought the product from the market, and they started bargaining for money before my device was even serviced. On 24.03.2025, the service came to my house to see the product and, without even testing the product, while there was no electricity in my house, he looked directly at the filter in the front and said that it needed maintenance and asked for ₺4000. On the day I received the product, I cleaned the internal and front filter after each drying, as instructed by the installation service. I was appointed because I am a healthcare worker and I have not used my product for almost a year and I can prove it. As a result, the customer is held responsible because the product creates dust or fluff inside itself, even though I have used it for a year. If your product has such a problem, do not flash it when selling it. The company, which made a fuss while selling me the product, now directly says that the customer is responsible for the defective goods it sold. Do not choose this brand. Customer representatives scold and disrespect you as if you have committed a mistake. The warning given by the product is that the tank is full, but for some reason, they immediately ask for a maintenance fee as if there is no possibility of this being a pump or other malfunction. My reason for telling these is, do not make this mistake and do not buy this brand. I will file a lawsuit with Consumer Rights about this tomorrow.
