Electrolux Charged for a 2-Minute Inspection of My Faulty Washing Machine

I purchased an Electrolux washing machine in August 2024. Within a short period of about 3 months, the machine started showing error codes frequently and began moving from its position. I reported the issue, and a service technician arrived 4 days later. The technician, who was the same person who installed the machine initially, attributed the problem to a faulty water tap and an uneven floor. The external inspection took less than 2 minutes. For this, they charged ₺500. I tried contacting customer service to object, but I couldn't find a solution. The previous machine worked for years in the same spot and with the same water tap without any issues. I request a refund of the ₺500 charged for an inspection that didn’t even last 2 minutes.
