Electrolux Washer-dryer Making Quite a Racket While Drying

Our Electrolux washer-dryer, which we bought about four years ago, has lately begun to make quite a racket while it's drying clothes. We called for help, and the repairman came out and said the boiler bearing and shock absorbers were both broken. They mentioned that the boiler needs to be replaced entirely, which would involve importing it and cost ₺16,000 plus VAT. The replacement is expected to be completed in approximately 1.5 months. The rapid malfunction of this machine is quite disheartening. I will take legal action and spread the word about my bad experience on social media if my problem is not fixed soon. Please help me get this resolved, no need to create drama.
