Electrolux Cooker Hood Carbon Filter Can't Be Procured!!!

For over four agonizing months, my experience with Elektrolux customer service has been nothing short of a frustrating ordeal. The source of my exasperation? A seemingly elusive carbon filter for my Elektrolux Cooker Hood, a part that's crucial for the proper functioning of the device. Despite the company boasting about selling this product in my hometown, obtaining a simple carbon filter been the worst kind of struggle. situation has left me perplexed and questioning the very essence of customer service. After all, what good is a kitchen device if a crucial component is unavailable?

Hello Electrolux, I have already called your consultation line three times since August 2023. Unfortunately, I have not received any solution-oriented responses. More precisely, I have not received any response at all. As a solution, I am expecting either an exchange with a model that has a carbon filter or, ideally, the provision of a carbon filter for my product. Why don't you keep the spare parts of the products you sell in Turkey in stock? Moreover, the hood cannot be used without this carbon filter because there is no place to open a vent in my kitchen.
