Electrolux Refrigerator Warranty Disappointment

I purchased an Electrolux refrigerator with a built-in water dispenser, paying a hefty ₺100,000! However, I was informed that I needed to buy an additional part for the dispenser, which they quoted me ₺8,500 for. It’s been exactly one month since I bought the fridge. Despite my repeated calls for information, all I get is vague responses. They say they will get back to me, but then they disappear.
I’m left wondering whether to be upset about the expensive fridge I bought under the impression that it included a water dispenser, the unexpected ₺8,500 charge for the additional part, or the lack of support from a premium brand like Electrolux. I plan to file a complaint with the Consumer Rights Court. I truly regret this purchase.
