I placed an order for the lower basket of an Electrolux dishwasher (Keçiören service), but it's been over a month with no updates or calls. I even contacted customer service, lodged my complaint, and was assured of a callback, but still, no response and no call back. All my home appliances are Electrolux, but if they can't even find a single part for me, why should I stick with this brand? If other appliances break down, am I supposed to wait three months for a part? I expected better from Electrolux, and I urgently demand resolution on this matter. Thank you.
