Electrolux ESF5512LOW Dishwasher's Unresolved Control Board Issue

I have been facing an issue with my Electrolux ESF5512LOW dishwasher due to a malfunctioning control board that has not been fixed for three months. Despite reaching out to customer service multiple times, I have not received any resolution. As a working individual, this situation is extremely challenging for me.
It is unacceptable that a major company like Electrolux cannot maintain adequate spare parts inventory in today's market. If they cannot provide the necessary support, they should not be selling these products, as it only leads to frustration and stress for customers who have paid a significant amount for these appliances.
