Electrolux 700 Cordless Vacuum Loses Power, Service Demands Fee Despite Warranty

I purchased the Electrolux 700 Cordless Cleaner about a year ago. Three months after purchase, the light stopped working, the suction power decreased, and the auto mode stopped functioning. I delivered the product to the Electrolux authorized service in İzmit, Kocaeli under warranty. The service team told me the motor head had been replaced and returned the vacuum. However, when I brought it home, the suction power was even worse—the repair made the situation worse instead of fixing it.
About three months ago, I returned the product to the same service again. This time, I was told the filter needed to be replaced and that it should be changed every six months. When I bought the product, no such information was provided. Furthermore, despite my product being under warranty, I was asked to pay around ₺1,300. Not only did they fail to repair the faulty product, but they also demanded a fee, which I find unacceptable. The vacuum is still waiting at the service center.
Due to these ongoing issues, I request that the product be replaced with a new one.
