Service Time And Supply Issues With Electrolux Rechargeable Vacuum

I took my cordless Electrolux upright vacuum to be fixed in Antalya. The employee asked for 100 TL and time to find the problem, but he didn't say what the problem was. I left, and when I called back a day later, he told me that the engine was burned out and that he would change it to a 1200TL. If the engine caught on fire, at least it smelled. Because of this, I won't buy another Electrolux product because I wasted both time and money on them.

They quoted me 6,800 TL to fix it, which I agreed to without knowing if it was fair. Later, I realized they were overcharging me. I contacted Electrolux directly, and the...
