Electrolux Sold Me a 700 Series Vacuum With Filter Issues
Despite the chronic filter issue with the Electrolux 700 series cordless stick vacuum, no information was provided at the time of purchase. Although we only used the product on wet surfaces in the kitchen, it quickly began displaying a "reduced suction" error. When we took it to the service center, we were told that the filter needed to be replaced and that this would have to be done periodically every six months. The filter set costs ₺1,000, and the inner filter alone costs ₺350. Highlighting the 7-year motor warranty and Swedish design while completely omitting the well-known filter issue during the sales process is nothing but a case of misleading the customer.
The style of the Electrolux company is entirely based on 'victimizing the customer/not providing accurate information' and making unfair profits. And you are not even ashamed of it.
