The vacuum head on the Electrolux brand electric vacuum cleaner I purchased for my home is coming loose. I have been using the product for about 2-3 months. I contacted the Ankara Keçiören service via customer service. I was told that if the clip needed to be replaced due to wear and tear, I would be charged for the clip; otherwise, I would be charged for the entire head. Despite explaining the product's guarantee, they indicated it wouldn't make a difference. When I said that I planned to make a complaint, I was told that I may do so wherever I wished. When I contacted Customer Service again, they informed me that the rules of the technical service would apply. What type of warranty practice is this? Wear and tear occurring after only 3-4 months of use with no breakdown in the goods is unacceptable. I've already regretted utilizing goods from this brand. I can't see any route to solve the situation, and the attitude I encountered was unprofessional. Based on my experience, I strongly encourage you to avoid purchasing anything from this brand.
