eDreams Charged Me for a Subscription Instead of Refunding My Canceled Flight

I have been trying to get a refund from eDreams after my flight was canceled by the airline, not by me. Instead of processing the refund, they withdrew more money from my account, claiming I had signed up for a yearly subscription, which I never intended to do. Every time I contact them, I get vague answers and endless runarounds, with no real action taken. Dealing with them has been a frustrating experience filled with empty promises. I urge others not to trust or use this service. They will take your money and leave you with nothing.
