I Rented a Car on eDreams But They Still Haven’t Refunded My Money After a Week
I’m extremely frustrated with eDreams. I rented a car through their platform, but they ended up changing the vehicle I originally booked without any proper explanation. I requested a refund for the amount I paid, and although they claimed the refund was processed over a week ago, I still haven’t received anything.
They even sent me a refund receipt, but there’s no sign of the money in my account. I’ve provided all the necessary proof—screenshots, payment confirmation, and every document they asked for. Yet, there’s been no real response or resolution.
To make matters worse, their customer service is nearly impossible to reach and completely unhelpful. I’m demanding immediate action and for the full amount to be returned to me without any further delay. This kind of treatment is unacceptable.
