Unauthorized Charge by eDreams Prime on My Papara Card

Today, an unauthorized charge of ₺4200.51 was made on my Papara card by eDreams Prime. Previously, on December 24, 2024, I purchased a flight ticket for ₺3687.28 from eDreams Prime, which was a legitimate transaction. However, I have no knowledge of this recent charge, and what’s more troubling is that Papara did not seek my authorization for the transaction.

This situation is unacceptable, and I am requesting the immediate reversal of this unauthorized charge. I trusted both Papara and eDreams Prime to handle my transactions securely, but this breach has left me deeply disappointed. I demand that this issue be resolved promptly and that the funds are returned to my account without delay.
