Frontier Flight Canceled and eDreams Still Hasn’t Refunded My Ticket Payment

On September 25, 2025, my return flight ticket with Frontier Airlines, purchased through the eDreams website, was canceled. I received an email confirming the cancellation on the same day and immediately contacted eDreams through the app’s virtual assistant. I was told that the refund would be processed within 72 hours, but it has now been 10 days, and I still haven’t received my refund of ₺4,659.79.
During this time, I have not received any response from eDreams apart from the automated messages from the in-app assistant. Despite sending multiple follow-ups, I received no human support or resolution. To avoid being stranded, I had to buy a new return ticket at a much higher cost of $206.
I paid for my original ticket by credit card, and the only proof I have is the cancellation email from Frontier. I urgently request a full refund of the amount I paid, as well as proper compensation for the inconvenience and extra costs I had to bear due to eDreams’ negligence.
