I am writing to inform you that I have been charged monthly by eDreams since September 2024 $6.99 for a Prime membership that I have never subscribed to or confirmed. I did not receive any prior notification, confirmation email, or request for consent regarding this subscription. This charge was made without my knowledge or approval, and I consider it unauthorised. I kindly request a full refund of the amount that was charged to my card and immediate cancellation of any associated subscription.
