I am writing to inform you that I have been charged by eDreams today for a Prime membership that I have never subscribed to or confirmed. I did not receive any prior notification, confirmation email, or request for consent regarding this subscription. This charge was made without my knowledge or approval, and I consider it unauthorised. I have already reported this incident to my bank as an illegal payment.
