On September 8, I purchased a flight ticket, and it redirected me to eDreams. Without my knowledge or consent, eDreams charged me €89 for a Prime membership, which I never subscribed to. Now, I’m unable to reach their customer service to resolve this issue. I did not agree to this membership, and I’m demanding a full refund of the unauthorized charge. This situation is extremely frustrating, and I need eDreams to take immediate action to return my money. Please assist me in getting this resolved as soon as possible!
