eDreams Prime Charged Me €89 Without My Consent

eDreams charged me €89 for Prime Membership without my consent. Without my knowledge or agreement, eDreams charged me €89 for a Prime membership that I never subscribed to. I am now unable to reach their customer service to address this issue. I did not authorize this charge, and I am demanding a full refund of the unauthorized amount.
