Unauthorized Charge of €89.99 for eDreams Prime Membership


On July 17, 2024, €89.99 was charged to my credit card for an eDreams Prime membership. When I purchased my ticket this month, there was no indication of a Prime membership, and I am usually careful about these things. I had used a one-month free trial, but it seems they reflected it as a continuation. However, I did not provide my card information for Prime benefits; I only purchased my flight tickets and made the payment. My card details are not registered on the site. This charge was made unlawfully. I had to cancel my card, but since it shows as a pending transaction, I will be writing a dispute letter to the bank. I am requesting a refund for the €89.99 Prime membership fee, as I do not intend to use the services. I have even deleted the app. What can I do about this situation?
