eDreams Charged Me €99.99 Membership Fee Without My Consent
On August 6, 2025, I purchased a ticket through eDreams for a Sofia–Amsterdam flight (Booking Reference: 23716879487). However, on August 29, 2025, eDreams withdrew €99.99 from my account as a so-called membership fee—without my knowledge or authorization. I never approved this transaction, and no notification or explanation was provided about why this fee was charged.
I immediately contacted eDreams customer service by email to report the issue, but I have not received any response. Since then, I have been waiting for a resolution, but my situation remains unresolved and my frustration is growing.
I demand that eDreams refund the unauthorized €99.99 charge and cancel any membership linked to my account that I did not request. Taking money from customers without their consent is unacceptable, and eDreams must address this problem immediately to restore trust.
