eDreams Charged €89.90 for Membership Without My Consent
After purchasing a ticket through eDreams, I was unexpectedly charged €89.90 for an annual membership. I never signed up for any membership, nor did I provide consent for this charge. To make matters worse, I didn’t receive any notification via email or message about this fee.
I have tried to contact eDreams for clarification, but I cannot reach anyone to resolve the issue. This unauthorized charge is unacceptable, and I demand an immediate refund. Customers should not be subjected to hidden fees or misleading practices. I need clear guidance on how to address this situation and prevent further unauthorized deductions from my account. eDreams must take responsibility and improve their customer service.
