eDreams Charged Me Without Consent Even After I Canceled Prime Subscription

I purchased a single flight ticket through eDreams and was automatically enrolled in their Prime membership without my knowledge or consent. At first, they withdrew a small amount—around €5—from my account. I noticed it and immediately canceled the so-called membership. Despite canceling, on April 1, 2025, they still charged me $97.65 from my card!

What’s worse is that when I log in to my eDreams account, there’s no indication that I’m even a Prime member anymore—yet they still took the money. There’s no clear way to cancel or reach someone who will actually help. I feel completely scammed.

I demand an immediate refund of the unauthorized charge and for my payment details to be removed from the system. eDreams needs to take accountability and stop charging customers without proper consent.
