No Support From eDreams After Unauthorized Credit Card Charge

On 08.09.2025, a charge of €99.99 was taken from my credit card by eDreams without my knowledge or approval. I never signed up for a membership, never authorized any subscription, and never gave consent for this payment. It is unacceptable to be charged for a membership that I never applied for.

I attempted to contact eDreams customer service regarding this issue, but I could not reach a responsible representative. I was constantly redirected to different numbers, and no one provided a solution. This lack of accountability has left me without support while my money was taken unfairly.

I demand the immediate cancellation of this unauthorized membership and a full refund of the €99.99 that was wrongly charged to my card. I request urgent resolution of this matter so that other customers are not misled or charged without consent.
