Despite the Refundable Reservation, eDreams Isn't Giving Money Back

I made a round-trip flight reservation for two people from an intermediary company called eDreams, directed by the site called Skyscanner, by paying an additional service fee with a refund and guaranteed cancellation at any time, and made the payment with my credit card. But after some time, I received an email that the flight date had changed. Since this date did not suit me, I canceled my ticket and requested a full refund, which is my legal right. I was informed in English from the support section of the eDreams application that the refund would take at least a month. Even though almost a month and a half has passed, the money has still not been refunded. Moreover, while my outbound tickets appear to be canceled in the application, my return tickets appear to be not cancelled. When I try to follow the return process through the eDreams application, I encounter a blank page. There was no response from either the Skyscanner application or the eDreams company and I cannot find a contact person; There are no phone numbers. They take the money I pay and do not provide service in return. I urgently request a refund because I want to reschedule my trip. I was victimized. From now on, I will definitely not make transactions with Skyscanner and eDreams companies.it has been 45 days, I hope I can get my money. I feel like I've been deceived.
