Skyscanner Booking with eDreams Failed, Payment Not Refunded

I tried to purchase a ticket for my Izmir to Stuttgart flight on 26.07.2024 from the eDreams company through the Skyscanner app. After filling in my details correctly, I made a payment of ₺2,980 via credit card. Despite receiving a confirmation stating "Your reservation is confirmed," my ticket was not issued, and the reservation process was not completed. Furthermore, my payment was not refunded. I demand the resolution of my grievance and the immediate refund of ₺2,980. To maintain trust in the application, I believe it is essential to work with reputable companies that prioritize and address customer rights and needs, providing reliable tracking. I await my refund.
I called Pegasus customer service and they stated that my mentioned flight does not have a PNR number and that no such ticket was issued. I declare that EDreams must urgently refund my ticket fee, otherwise, I will file a criminal complaint with the prosecutor's office. Documents are attached.
