Anker X8 Hybrid Robot Vacuum Battery Dies After 2 Years


I’ve been using the Anker X8 Hybrid robot vacuum for two years, and as soon as the warranty expired, I started experiencing significant battery issues. The app shows the vacuum is charging, but when it leaves the charging dock, it barely operates for 1.5 minutes before shutting down due to a low battery. It then immediately returns to the dock, making it completely ineffective.
I’ve had to manually remove it from the dock each time, only to watch it fail again. For a product of this price and reputation, I expected far better longevity and reliability. I am requesting a battery replacement or a solution from Anker to address this problem, as it renders the vacuum unusable.
