Hello. I bought an Ecovacs robot vacuum around October last year. Not long after, it started having charging issues, so I sent it in for repair. While they fixed the charging problem, now the vacuum won’t clean properly at all. I sent it in again, but the issue still wasn’t resolved.
Now, while it’s running, its parts keep falling off, and it doesn’t vacuum anything effectively. Despite the product still being under warranty and my repeated attempts to get help, the seller refuses to assist me in any meaningful way.
I’m also struggling with serious health problems. I’ve had surgery, and my mobility is limited. This robot vacuum was supposed to be my helping hand at home, since I can’t clean like I used to. It was more than just a convenience—it was essential.
